The ordered products are delivered within 5 to 10 working days, from the date of order confirmation. All orders that are placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed starting with the first day of the week. During busy periods and during the holidays, there is the possibility that some orders may have small delays, but which will be announced in advance to the customer.
Legal entities do not have the right of return regardless of the method of payment.
For packages that show visible damage to the packaging upon delivery by courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them. In order to avoid misunderstandings, the package must be photographed and a report must be drawn up together with the representative of the courier company, specifying the condition of the package.
The transport is free on the Romanian territory for all the orders over 1000 lei, that are registered in our platform: www.vestali.eu. The packages are delivered by Sameday Courier.
According to the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, the customer benefits from the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions.
The customer has the right to return a product, without having to justify the decision, within 14 days, starting with the day he entered into physical possession of the product. In this sense, the customer will have to inform the seller about the return operation either by calling the number: +40.741.565.758, or e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org – where to mention the Name, Surname, telephone number – the purchased item. The product must not be used or unsealed, or the protective accessories must not have been removed, and it must contain all the elements in its original condition in order to be resold as a new product. If the product bears traces of use or items that make it unsuitable for sale as a new product have been removed, withdrawal may not take place.
Products that show physical changes, blows, shards, scratches, shocks, products that show traces of consumption or wear, etc. are not accepted for return. The consumer is responsible for the diminution of the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. The product must be accompanied by a tax invoice, receipt, and any other documents that have been sent to the customer.
The customer bears the delivery costs and is responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling, and will bear in this respect the difference between the purchase price and the reduced price.
According to the return policy – the client must ensure that the courier company with which he sent the return package to the Headquarters – delivers it to the recipient within 14 days. The seller will refund to the customer’s account (or the bank account we will receive from the customer) without undue delay, within 14 days from the date on which he was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract, all amounts received as payment from the consumer. The seller may postpone the refund until the date of receipt of the products that were the subject of the sale. Reimbursement of the amount of money by the Company is made only in the client’s account! If you want to return a product because you have changed your mind or you no longer want the product – you have the obligation to bear the cost of transport.
